Disney's Swan & Dolphin Resorts

HHI Design was commissioned by Tishman Hotel Corporation to provide complete landscape architectural services for the Swan and Dolphin Resorts. A major challenge during the design phase was the integration of man made lakes into the heart of the hotel complex and the existing Disney canal transit system. Water taxis on these lakes provide regular service to the nearby theme parks.

The two resort facilities are located on 160 acres and combined provide 2,350 guest rooms. They are situated around a crescent shaped lake featuring a large swimming beach and a monumental swimming pool facility.
